DJI Osmo Pocket 3: Bumper leak reveals over 30 photos of new mini camera and launch accessories
Earlier this week, DJI confirmed the date of its next launch event. In summary, the company will present a new device on October 25, which leaker Igor Bogdanov claimed would be the case. As always, DJI has only provided the briefest of looks at what will be arriving next week.
However, the image and short video it has revealed so far match the expected design of a Pocket 2 is in the works. For now, the device is anticipated to arrive as the Osmo Pocket 3, supported by leaked promotional images, rather than simply the Pocket 3. Previously, Bogdanov has also shared a few images of DJI's next handheld camera, including hands-on photos.
Now, the leaker has published a bumper crop of promotional images spread across nearly 20 Twitter posts. This time, Bogdanov has focused on outlining the accessories which DJI will include with the Osmo Pocket 3, likely as part of a Creator Combo pack. As far as we can tell, these include three ND filters (ND16/ND64/N256), an ultra-wide-angle lens with a 0.75x zoom and a 15 mm equivalent focal length.
Moreover, the Osmo Pocket 3 will support a new 'Black Mist Filter' for a cinematic-esque effect. The same leaker has shared the camera's carry case too, as well a few slides from its user manual that detail how various functions work. Furthermore, a photo of the Osmo Pocket 3 in hand has also surfaced, confirming the device's compact build without factoring in its battery grip. Unfortunately, pricing and availability remain a mystery for now.
