Lenovo's next Xiaoxin-series tablet is touted as having an all-metal unibody and a high-refresh-rate screen, yet is pitched at everyday tasks with a new-ish mid-range Qualcomm processor. Nevertheless, it also supports storage expansion via microSD card and an up-to-date version of Android. The Xiaoxin Pad 2024 also boasts quad speakers and a 3.5mm jack.

Lenovo has teased a new tablet with an official unboxing. It belongs to a line known as Xiaoxin in the OEM's native China, although its products might also be available globally as members of the Tab P series. Some recent prominent examples tend to be higher-end Pro models; however, this Pad 2024 is being pitched as the ideal slate for the whole family

Nevertheless, it is touted as having a heightened refresh rate for its 11-inch display, which is set into an "all-metal" chassis with one of Lenovo's newer, albeit single-lensed, camera humps. The Pad 2024 is slated to run on the Snapdragon 685, a recent refresh of the Snapdragon 680, although Lenovo has yet to specify whether it will have standalone mobile data or not.

The Pad 2024 is also said to use this SoC to run the latest version of its Android skin for the Chinese market (ZUI), to have up to 8GB of RAM and to have a 3.5mm jack in additional to a generous helping of speaker grille.

Finally, the Pad 2024 has been revealed to have its own kickstand case in colors that match its gray and purple color options. Lenovo has yet to specify a launch date for the Xiaoxin Pad 2024; despite its name, that event seems to be imminent.
