New Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 promotional images leak showing capabilities of large cover display
There have been plenty of Galaxy Z Flip6-related leaks of late. To recap, Passionategeekz shared dozens of official-looking images at the tail end of last week, which highlighted the raft of similarities that exist between the device and its predecessor, the Galaxy Z Flip5 (curr. $849.99 on Amazon). Following that, Evan Blass published equivalent images without watermarks, which he duly followed up with other product renders of the Galaxy Z Flip6 positioned within various first-party cases.
Now, Blass has leaked the first set of promotional images that focus solely on the Galaxy Z Flip6. Once again, it seems that Samsung will advertise the capabilities of the Galaxy Z Flip's cover display, whether that be its ability to show the weather and overviews from Samsung Health or the option of using the display as a viewfinder. Ultimately though, the Galaxy Z Flip6 is expected to retain its predecessor's 3.6-inch outer display.
Moreover, the images showcase that the latest Galaxy Z Flip can close without leaving a noticeable gap, a feat that Samsung only achieved with the Galaxy Z Flip5. On top of that, the images emphasise that the Galaxy Z Flip6 will remain comparatively thick when closed, much more so than even the Galaxy Z Fold5. Samsung will present the Galaxy Z Flip6 on July 10 alongside the following other new devices:
