Lenovo G02: New budget gaming handheld released globally

Lenovo's gaming handheld offering remains relatively nascent. So far, the company has launched the Legion Go, Legion Go 2 and the Legion Go S. Not only are these all x86-based handhelds, but they are also on the larger side with 8-inch or 8.8-inch displays.
Now, it seems that Lenovo has expanded its gaming handheld offering with the G02. Currently, we cannot find any references to the G02 on Lenovo's websites. However, Retro Gaming with Deadfred has verified that the handheld boots with a Lenovo splash screen and features Lenovo-branded all over its packaging.

Setting that aside, the Lenovo G02 utilises a 4.5-inch IPS display that resolves at 1,024 x 768 pixels with a 4:3 aspect ratio. The handheld also contains a 4,000 mAh battery and a Rockchip RK3326 chipset within its 171 x 121 x 48 mm housing, as well as a microSD card reader that supports up to 1 TB cards.
Moreover, the Lenovo G02 integrates a single d-pad surrounded by RGB lighting, just like the Anbernic RG40XX V before it (curr. $86.99 on Amazon). Potentially, this could be a third-party imitating Lenovo. Multiple listings exist across Alibaba and AliExpress, though. Currently, prices start at around $40 on the former and $55 on the latter before factoring any discounts or promotional deals.
