Anbernic RG Rotate now available to buy with a limited-time discount

Anbernic has begun selling its new Android handheld, the RG Rotate. The uniquely designed handheld is also available with a limited-time launch discount for early buyers.
The RG Rotate first appeared in a leaked video in mid-March and was followed by a handful of others before it was officially confirmed by Anbernic in April. The gaming handheld, which has a design similar to that of the Motorola FlipOut, is available to buy in two versions — Polar Black, which has a shell made of ABS plastic and aluminum alloy; and Aurora Silver, whose shell is made entirely of aluminum alloy.
Both variants have a 3.5-inch 720 x 720 IPS display, a Unisoc T618 octa-core processor, 3GB RAM, and 32GB of storage. The retro gaming handheld has Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.0, a microSD card slot (up to 2TB), and stereo speakers but no audio jack. It also features a six-axis gyroscope, a USB-C port, and a 2,000mAh battery capacity.
The RG Rotate runs Android 12 out of the box and can run Android games and emulate several retro consoles such as the Game Boy, Game Boy Color, NES, SNES, SEGA Genesis, PS1, Dreamcast, and N64.
Pricing for the Anbernic RG Rotate starts at $87.99 for the Polar Black and goes up to $107.99 for the Aurora Silver on the Anbernic website. However, there's a discount until May 14 that brings the price of the Polar Black variant down to $82.99, while the Aurora Silver can be purchased for $99.99.
These prices are without a microSD card, but there's the option to purchase either a 128GB card or a 256GB card along with the RG Rotate. All orders come with a charging cable, a screen protector, a lanyard, and an extra pair of shoulder buttons in the box.
