OnePlus 10R: Leaked renders confirm lazy Realme GT Neo3 rebranding
Yogesh Brar and 91mobiles have revealed renders of the OnePlus 10R, the successor to last year's Snapdragon 870-backed model that OnePlus released in India. Incidentally, the latter shared OnePlus 10R specifications last week that contained numerous similarities with the Realme GT Neo3. For reference, BBK Electronics owns OnePlus and Realme, along with Oppo, iQOO and Vivo.
Funnily enough, today's leaked CAD renders confirm that the OnePlus 10R even shares its design with the Realme GT Neo3. While OnePlus has repositioned the OnePlus 10R's camera flash, that is the only thing distinguishing it from the Realme GT Neo3. Surprisingly, it even seems that OnePlus will release the 10R in the same colour that Realme already offers the GT Neo3.
Accordingly, the OnePlus 10R will have a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel that operates natively at 1080p and 120 Hz. In comparison, the upcoming OnePlus Nord 2T will launch with a 6.43-inch display. Additionally, the OnePlus 10R will rely on the Dimensity 8100, a 50 MP primary camera and with a 5,000 mAh battery.
Supposedly, OnePlus will sell a 150 W fast charging version too, in another nod to the GT Neo3. OnePlus is tipped to release the 10R in May; it remains unclear whether the device will receive a global launch this year, though.
