The Poco X8 Pro has surfaced again in a new leak following its recent emergence on IMEI databases. To recap, the device was spotted by its model number 2511FPC34G rather than its eventual retail name. As we discussed at the time, 2511FPC34G appears to be a Poco-branded variant of the 2511FRT34C and 2511FRT34I, which are believed to be the Chinese and Indian versions of the Redmi Turbo 5, respectively.
Now, the same global device has passed through the Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC), an executive body of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU/EEU). For reference, the EEC is often a regulatory body that reveals details about devices before their eventual releases, as was the case with the Xiaomi Smart Band 10 in June (curr. $69.34 on Amazon).
As the image below shows, the EEC has certified 2511FPC34G as a Poco smartphone rather than any of Xiaomi's other smartphone brands. Incidentally, the letters 'PC' in the device's model number suggest as much anyway. Moreover, the model number indicates that Xiaomi intends to release at least one variant around November 2025.
However, that may only be true of the Redmi Turbo 5 rather than the Poco X8 Pro. For the time being, Xiaomi is expected to keep the Poco X7 Pro on sale until January 2026 instead. Presumably, more concrete details about its successor will begin in earnest this winter if these release windows are accurate.
