Almost a fortnight has passed since Asus introduced another new version of its ProArt P16 creator laptop. To recap, Asus updated the ProArt P16 to Nvidia's GeForce RTX 50 laptop series this spring while retaining an AMD Ryzen AI 9 HX 370 APU. Then at the start of last month, the company introduced a GeForce RTX 5090 variant with a $3,999 list price, albeit without opening pre-orders.
Shortly afterwards, Asus began selling this GeForce RTX 5090 version in China for CNY 29,999 (~$4,214) with a cheaper GeForce RTX 5080 version in tow for the first time. Elsewhere, the ProArt P16 had been available with a choice between Nvidia's GeForce RTX 5060 and GeForce RTX 5070 laptop GPUs (curr. $2,899 on Amazon).
Now, Asus has quietly brought the GeForce RTX 5080 and GeForce RTX 5090 variants to Italy, as well as a lesser GeForce RTX 5070 Ti variant. Incidentally, the company has decided against selling GeForce RTX 5060 or GeForce RTX 5070 models in Italy, which it offers in other Eurozone members like Germany.
Regardless, the ProArt P16 starts at €3,199 (~$3,748) in the Eurozone with a GeForce RTX 5070 Ti, 32 GB of RAM and 2 TB of storage. Meanwhile, optioning a GeForce RTX 5080 automatically adds 64 GB of RAM for a €4,099 (~$4,803) MSRP. Finally, selecting a GeForce RTX 5090 results in the ProArt's price jumping to €4,699 (~$5,505), thanks to Asus also including 4 TB of storage to complement its 64 GB of RAM. Unfortunately, it remains to be seen when these three GPU options will reach other markets. Please note that all prices include 22% VAT.
