Earlier this week, Logitech started selling what it advertises as two new wireless mice. Both from its MX Master series, the MX Master 3S Bluetooth Edition is simply the standard MX Master 3S with a Logi Bolt receiver removed from the box. As a result, the MX Master 4 is the truly new MX Master release.
For the time being, Logitech offers the MX Master 4 in a choice of Pale Grey, White Silver, Graphite and Space Black colour options spread across Logitech's regular and for Mac versions (curr. $119.99 on Amazon). Please see our MX Master 4 launch article for hardware details. However, these four are not the only finishes that Logitech has created.
As the image and embedded video below shows, Logitech has also developed a transparent model. Apparently on show during a London launch event, transparent finish extends around the MX Master 4's top shell but not to any of its buttons.
Meanwhile, a white version with yellow buttons can be seen at around 15 seconds in, with other unreleased colours visible shortly afterwards. Apparently, Logitech even offers a frosted translucent MX Master 4 to employees, too. Unfortunately, it seems that Logitech only plans to offer the MX Master 4 in grey, white or black finishes for consumers.
