Logitech’s new Signature Comfort Plus Series offers a mouse with a built-in palm cushion and a keyboard with a soft dual-foam wrist rest

Logitech is pushing ergonomics to the next level with the launch of its latest Logitech Signature Comfort Plus Series. The lineup takes a refreshed approach that puts comfort at the forefront for both productivity workflows and casual office work.
What’s strange or special about the Comfort Plus Series is that Logitech has now introduced a mouse with a palm cushion embedded in the housing, alongside a keyboard featuring an apparently comfy, soft dual-foam wrist rest and a curved key layout to maximize ergonomics and minimize fatigue and strain.
Catering to users who need comfort
The Signature Comfort Plus Series seems to cater to hybrid or remote workers who spend long stretches at the same desk writing emails, scheduling video calls, and managing personal workloads. This can gradually lead to aches and soreness that worsen over time, which the Signature Comfort Plus Series directly aims to address.
The star of the lineup is the new Logitech Signature Comfort Plus M850L, which boasts a sculpted right-handed design with a soft palm cushion embedded at the base to naturally cradle your hand.
Building on the MX Master's success
As is standard these days, the mouse is wider toward the rear and thumb area, complemented by rubber grips and thumb support for better stability. Furthermore, the mouse features Logitech’s SilentTouch technology, which includes switches that reduce click noise while preserving the tactile feel, as seen in the MX Master 4 and the MX Master 3S.
It also includes Logitech’s SmartWheel and lets you pair it with up to three devices, which you can switch between via Bluetooth with one click. Furthermore, it works on Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS. There’s also a non-padded variant called the M840L, which retains the core features but offers a slimmer profile.
Alongside the mouse is the MK880 keyboard, which uses deep-profile plunger keys instead of mechanical switches for a comfortable typing experience. Other ergonomic add-ons include the dual-foam wrist rest and tilt legs that can be adjusted between flat, 4 degrees, and 8 degrees.
However, it is worth questioning whether the lineup will make a difference for most users with varying proportions and palm sizes. Given that the company conducts real-world tests and surveys before officially launching lineups like its Signature Comfort Plus Series, the design may prove worthwhile.
As for pricing, the M850L costs $49.99 (Logitech), while the MK880 combo, including the mouse, costs $99.99.
If you’re experiencing debilitating pain while working at your desk, then it’s best to consult a medical professional, as consumer products are generally not OSHA-approved; they may only follow guidelines outlined by the agency.
Logitech’s general manager of Mice & Keyboards Solutions, Art O’Gnimh, stated:
“These are tools that don’t ask for attention; they give it back, removing small distractions and adding comfort so everything feels smoother and more effortless.”
The Logitech Signature Comfort Plus Series launches in June 2026 and comes in three colorways.
