Logitech G Pro X2 Superstrike with inductive mouse buttons and haptic feedback now available

The Logitech G Pro X2 Superstrike was announced last September, and the flagship gaming mouse is finally available. The mouse is available on Amazon and in the Logitech online store for $179.99, exclusively with a white casing and black buttons.
Logitech justifies the steep price tag not only with the mouse's low weight of 61 grams, the 44,000 DPI Hero 2 sensor and the wireless polling rate of 8,000 Hz via the included Logitech Lightspeed USB dongle, but primarily with its "Haptic Inductive Trigger System (HITS)." Logitech replaces the classic micro-switches in the left and right mouse buttons with an inductive system that detects how far the button has been pressed, but without a click.
Click feedback is simulated via a vibration motor, with the click feel adjustable in six levels. The major advantage of this system is that the actuation and reset points can be adjusted in the accompanying software to suit your preferences. According to Logitech, this reduces click latency by up to 30 milliseconds. Logitech calls this system a "breakthrough" for gaming mice.
The Logitech G Pro X2 Superstrike is compatible with both Windows and macOS. The mouse has an integrated battery that is said to provide up to 90 hours of runtime, and Logitech Powerplay is also supported for optional wireless charging. Logitech advertises a maximum acceleration of 88 G and a speed of up to 888 IPS.
