Available now at a significantly reduced early-bird price, the NanoFlow i2 Air promises strong ergonomics despite its remarkably compact body. Much smaller than a credit card – though understandably not as thin – it is also designed for use on the go.

The NanoFlow i2 Air is a new ultra-compact mouse currently seeking backers through a crowdfunding campaign, with prices starting at $69. However, potential backers should be aware of the financial risk inherent to crowdfunding projects and carefully review the shipping terms and conditions before pledging support. Some patience may also be required since the product isn’t expected to start shipping until March.

Measuring just 31 × 39 × 75 mm (1.22 × 1.54 × 2.95 in) and weighing 35 g (1.23 oz), the NanoFlow i2 Air is roughly the size of an earbuds charging case. Despite its compact dimensions, the mouse aims to deliver solid ergonomics. Whether it is actually comfortable to use depends somewhat on personal preference, especially since the user’s fingers do not rest on the mouse’s body but instead hover slightly above it.

The NanoFlow i2 Air is designed for quiet operation, producing less than 20 dB when the main buttons are pressed. It supports both Bluetooth and 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity, allowing users to switch seamlessly between two host devices. According to official specs, the battery lasts up to 40 hours and takes about one hour to recharge. Despite its petite form factor, the mouse still includes a scroll wheel, though it lacks additional buttons such as browser navigation keys. Available in black and white colour options, the NanoFlow i2 Air offers customisable sensitivity ranging from 1,200 to 3,200 DPI.
