It is no secret that Logitech has a new MX release waiting in the wings. On the one hand, the company is now actively teasing as much on its website. On the other hand, numerous leaks point to the mouse in question being the MX Master 4.
Now, the long-awaited successor to the MX Master 3 and MX Master 3S (curr. $119 on Amazon) has turned up on eBay. Specifically, the 'for Mac' variant has appeared ahead of schedule, which supports iPadOS too, rather than just macOS. Reiterating that the MX Master 4 supports haptic feedback, the seller also claims Logitech plans to sell for £129 in the UK.
As Redditors stress, there is every chance that someone has purchased a fake unit. However, the packaging looks legitimate and undoctored. Likewise, the design shown matches prior leaks with an extra thumb button and a reworked gesture pad. Apparently, Logitech does not plan to release MX Master 4 software until next week, which tallies with prior rumours that the mouse will officially debut on September 30.
