A reliable leaker has outlined two pertitent details about the global availability of the Honor Magic7 Pro. Reportedly, the new flagship will not be available outside China until after Samsung presents the Galaxy S25 Ultra. However, the Magic7 Pro may well arrive with a higher price tag than its predecessor.

Little over a month has passed since Honor introduced the Magic7 and Magic7 Pro in China. Like the Magic V3 though, it seems that Honor will take its time to offer its new flagship smartphone series globally.

Officially, Honor has not hinted when it will replace the Magic6 Pro (curr. $852 on Amazon) internationally. For reference, the Magic6 is difficult to obtain in many markets outside China. To that end, @RODENT950 has implied that the same could be true of the Magic7, which can already be imported from various sources.

At any rate, @RODENT950 has focused on European availability of the Magic7 Pro. Allegedly, Honor intends to bring the device to Europe on January 27, which may well be only a few days after Samsung presents the Galaxy S25 series globally with the same Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset as the Magic7 Pro.

Incidentally, Honor also equips the Magic7 Pro with a 5,850 mAh battery that supports 80 W wireless and 100 W wired charging. By contrast, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is expected to land with an unchanged 5,000 mAh battery and 45 W wired charging capabilities.

The Magic7 Pro contains plenty of other high-end hardware though, including a 5,000 nit display. However, @RODENT950 believes that Honor will charge €1,399 for the privelege, at least before factoring in launch discounts and promotions. Still, this would see the Magic7 Pro retailing for €100 more than its predecessor, assuming it launches with 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage, too.
