Anker has launched the Nebula Cosmos Laser 4K on Kickstarter, having unveiled the projector earlier this month at CES 2022 in Las Vegas. As we discussed previously, The projector peaks at 2,400 ANSI Lumens and can create up to 150-inch images. Also, the 4K projector supports HDR10, horizontal and vertical Auto Keystone Correction, plus 'seamless autofocus'.
The Kickstarter listing confirms more specifications too, including that the projector relies on DLP display technology. For reference, Anker clarifies that it measures 2,400 ANSI Lumens by the ISO 2118 standard. Additionally, the Nebula Cosmos Laser 4K has a 1.27 throw ratio, while its light source should last up to 25,000 hours of us. Anker has also detailed the projector's SoC, which we have reproduced below.
Currently, Anker sells the Nebula Cosmos Laser 4K for US$1,499, a price that includes a dongle, a remote, a power cord, two AAA batteries and a Quick Start Guide too. The company sells a 100-inch projector screen for US$154 too, supposedly a 30% saving on the screen's retail price. Anker adds that the Nebula Cosmos Laser 4K will rise to US$2,199 after crowdfunding, the campaign for which ends on February 25. Anker hopes to ship Kickstarter orders in March 2022.
