Nubia has now started selling the Pad Pro, a week or so on from the tablet's international debut. At the time of writing, the Pad Pro can be found across several of Nubia's websites, including Europe and the UK. As it stands, Nubia appears set on including a complimentary protective case with pre-orders, as well as a £20/€20/$20 initial discount when applying coupon code PAD20.
To recap, the Nubia Pad Pro combines Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 platform with up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512 GB of UFS 4.0 flash storage. Thus, Nubia's new tablet should trade blows with rivals like the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Plus (curr. $714.99 - renewed on Amazon), albeit with a 1-inch smaller display. On top of that, the Pad Pro features a 10,100 mAh battery that supports 66 W wired charging and a 10.9-inch IPS display that resolves at 2,880 x 1,800 pixels with a 16:10 aspect ratio, a 144 Hz refresh rate and an 840 Hz touch sampling rate.
Moreover, Nubia has included a USB 3.2 Type-C port for connecting the Pad Pro to an external monitor when needed. Also onboard are 13 MP rear-facing and 20 MP front-facing cameras, as are four DTS:X Ultra-tuned speakers. Currently, the Pad Pro starts at $419 with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage in Black or Silver colour options. Alternatively, Nubia sells SKUs with 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage for $489 before factoring in any launch discounts or a 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage variant for $599. Pre-orders should start shipping on June 24. Please see Nubia's website for more information.
