Upcoming OnePlus gaming tablet tipped to feature 165Hz display

A recent leak suggested that OnePlus will launch a gaming phone with shoulder buttons. It is said to be part of the Ace 6 lineup, which is expected to debut later this year. In addition to the phone, the company may also introduce a new tablet.

Tipster Smart Pikachu on Weibo suggests that OnePlus is working on a gaming tablet with a 165Hz refresh rate display. The alleged OnePlus gaming phone is also tipped to feature a 165Hz screen. For comparison, the flagship OnePlus 13 (curr. $949 on Amazon) has a 120Hz refresh rate. The OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra currently offers the highest refresh rate among the brand’s smartphones, at 144Hz.

Meanwhile, the company recently announced its latest flagship tablet: the OnePlus Pad 3. It features a 13.2-inch IPS LCD panel with a 144Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The tablet comes with a 13MP primary camera and an 8MP selfie shooter. It has a 12,140mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. It costs $699.99 for the variant with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.

At the time of writing, OnePlus has not confirmed any information regarding its gaming tablet. Hence, it is just speculation for now and should be taken with a pinch of salt.
