The D12 Plus is a new white label mini-PC that is sold under various manufacturer names like CyminilmdPC or KingnovyPC. Regardless of the name under which it is sold, the D12 Plus features a choice of AMD mobile APUs and numerous ports. Specifically, the mini-PC ships with the following ports regardless of the AMD APU powering it:
- 2x 2.5 Gigabit LAN
- 1x 3.5 mm jack
- 1x DC input
- 1x DisplayPort 2.1
- 1x HDMI 2.1
- 1x USB 2.0 Type-A
- 3x USB 3.2 Type-A
- 1x USB 4 (Type-C)
- 1x OCuLink
Additionally, the mini-PC includes a pair of M.2 2280 slots that can handle up to 8 TB of PCIe 4.0 storage split across two drives. Moreover, the D12 Plus boasts dual SO-DIMM slots that can be configured with up to 64 GB of DDR5-5600 RAM from the factory. However, the mini-PC actually supports up to 128 GB of RAM as needed.
At the time of writing, the D12 Plus starts with the Ryzen AI 7 H 350, a Chinese OEM version of the Ryzen AI 7 350 with the same four Zen 5 and four Zen 5c CPU cores based on AMD's Krackan Point architecture. Alternatively, the D12 Plus can be configured with the Strix Point-based Ryzen AI 7 Pro 360, Ryzen AI 9 365 and Ryzen AI 9 HX 370.
Currently, the D12 Plus starts at around $320 on AliExpress with a Ryzen AI 7 H 350 and rises to $1,044 with a Ryzen AI 9 HX 370, 64 GB of RAM and a 4 TB SSD. By contrast, the same mini-PC can be picked up on Amazon from $560 as a barebones Ryzen AI 7 Pro 360 unit or up to $1,352 with the same top configuration available on AliExpress.
