GMKtec intros affordable NucBox M5 Ultra mini PC with launch discounts

GMKtec has introduced a new affordable mini PC, the NucBox M5 Ultra. It's powered by the AMD Ryzen 7 7730U, a Zen 3 processor that comes with 8 cores and 16 threads. While it's an aging CPU, it's still good enough for day-to-day tasks, and GMK says that it's paired with an advanced cooling setup that keeps the system cool and quiet during heavy loads.

The processor's RX Vega 8 iGPU is also capable of handling low-end games and emulations. This Ryzen 7 CPU of the mini PC can be paired with up to 64 GB of 3,200 MT/s DDR4 RAM. As for storage, there are two M.2 slots, and each can hold up to a 4 TB SSD, making the maximum capacity stand at 8 TB (2 TB Samsung 990 Pro curr. $159.99 on Amazon).
