Xbox Game Pass: Four new games – including a day one release
This week, Xbox Game Pass is expanding with seven new titles, including two major AAA releases. The pace slows between September 22 and 28, with just four additions to the service. Still, the lineup is highlighted by a Day One launch with Endless Legend 2. Here’s a quick overview of what’s coming to Game Pass:
Endless Legend 2 - September 22 (PC)
Endless Legend 2 is a turn-based 4X strategy game set in the science-fantasy universe of Endless. On the planet Auriga, players lead one of several unique factions, each defined by its own strengths and weaknesses and commanded by a powerful hero. The objective is to guide your empire to victory through expansion, diplomacy, trade and military supremacy.
As in its predecessor, players manage cities and resources while facing rival factions in turn-based battles. No two games unfold the same way: the world is procedurally generated, factions evolve dynamically and random events demand constant strategic adaptation. In addition to classic victory paths such as research or conquest, narrative choices play a more prominent role this time.
Sworn - September 23 (Cloud, PC and Xbox Series X|S)
This cooperative action roguelike unfolds in a fantasy world inspired by Arthurian legend. Up to four players can join forces as valiant knights, spell-wielding mages, agile vigilantes or devoted monks to restore Camelot’s shattered oath. True to the roguelike formula, every run presents a new challenge with procedurally generated maps and constantly shifting enemies. Players gather relics and refine their skills to survive fast-paced, dynamic combat. Beyond tactical teamwork, progression is key, with new weapons, upgrades and classes unlocking long-term replay value.
Peppa Pig: World Adventures - September 25 (Cloud, PC and Xbox Series X|S)
Peppa Pig: World Adventures is a family-friendly exploration game that takes players on a journey around the globe with Peppa and her family, visiting iconic cities such as New York, Paris and London. Children can create their own characters, complete simple tasks and enjoy mini-games. Each destination offers open-ended exploration along with fun encounters featuring familiar faces from the show.
Visions of Mana - September 25 (Cloud, PC and Xbox Series X|S)
Visions of Mana is an action RPG and the newest installment in the long-running Mana series. Players take on the role of Val, a young hero chosen as an "Alms" to guide the sacred path of souls and defend the world from impending ruin.
Gameplay revolves around dynamic real-time combat with a party of up to three characters. In addition to traditional weapons, players can summon elemental spirits to unlock new abilities and adapt their fighting style. The world spans diverse environments – from vast plains to dense forests and towering peaks – all waiting to be explored. Mounts and magical tools further enhance travel across these vibrant landscapes.
