DJI is preparing to launch a new device later this week. As it stands, the company is expected to introduce a replacement for the RS 4 (curr. $453 on Amazon) with a larger battery than even the RS 4 Pro. In the meantime, various sources have shared more details about the long-awaited Osmo Pocket 4 series of vlogging cameras.
Currently, DJI is believed to have created the Osmo Pocket 4 and the Osmo Pocket 4 Pro, with the latter featuring a dual camera set-up. To that end, a new photo showing the Osmo Pocket 4 Pro has surfaced online. Reposted to X by Xdrones Studio, the image highlights the sheer scale of the Pocket 4 Pro's camera housing, which is only marginally smaller than the device's rotating display.
At the same time, early sightings of the cheaper Osmo Pocket 4 have appeared on Amazon Germany. Likely just a placeholder that was quickly removed, it seems that at least one company had received word that the Osmo Pocket 4 series would be launching soon. Unfortunately, new information indicates that neither the Osmo Pocket 4 or Osmo Pocket 4 Pro will debut this month after all.
Instead, the former is now anticipated to arrive during late Q1 2026 or even into early Q2 2026. Incidentally, the Osmo Pocket 4 Pro is apparently scheduled for an April 2026 launch, implying that the pair will debut separately rather than simultaneously.
