Mix Pro II: Powerful new mini-PC released with up to 64 GB RAM

Thunderobot has returned with a new mini-PC. To recap, the company introduced the Mix G2 at the end of last year. An alternative to Asus' ROG NUC 2025 (curr. $2,449 on Amazon), the Mix G2 could be configured with up to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5090 laptop GPU and Arrow Lake HX series processors.
This time, Thunderobot has opted for less powerful Arrow Lake H alternatives to underpin the Mix Pro II. Spanning 140 x 139 x 51 mm, the Mix Pro II should still be powerful to provide up to a 65 W TDP to the Core Ultra 5 225H, Core Ultra 7 255H or Core Ultra 9 285H thanks to its vapour chamber cooling system. Also, the new mini-PC features Thunderbolt 4 and dual 2.5 Gigabit Ethernet within its 0.9~1.0 litre metal housing.
Thunderobot is offering the Mix Pro II in four configurations within China. Currently, the mini-PC starts CNY 4,999 (~$722) before subsidies with a Core Ultra 5 225H, 32 GB of RAM and 1 TB of storage. Alternatively, the Mix Pro II can be configured with a Core Ultra 7 255H and the same memory for CNY 6,999 (~$1,011) or a Core Ultra 9 285H and 64 GB of RAM for CNY 8,999 (~$1,300). Thunderobot has not offered any indications about when the Mix Pro II will be available globally, though.
