The Acemagic M5 is a new Intel-powered mini PC that has been recently introduced. It's available with two Intel Raptor Lake HX processors, and both SKUs feature 32GB of RAM. The current starting price with launch discounts in place is $639.

Acemagic has introduced a new Intel-powered mini PC, the M5, and it's currently available to pre-order at discounted prices. The company is offering these discounts as part of the launch promotion for the system.

There are two configurations available, and the base configuration currently costs $679, while the latter is going for $749. Acemagic is also allowing interested buyers to shave $40 off the total with the "M5PRE40" discount code. This will drop the configurations down to $639 and $719, respectively, and it's worth noting that this promotional offer will end on February 10, 2026.

As for the mini PC, the Acemagic M5 is powered by Intel Raptor Lake HX processors. The starting configuration has the Intel Core i7 14650HX, an upper mid-range option from the lineup, while the latter packs the Core i9 14900HX, a performance-focused offering.

The company says that the advanced cooling setup of the mini PC can keep the CPU cool during extreme loads. To be specific, the performance is said to reach up to 55W.

Both configurations come with 32GB of DDR4 RAM running at 3200MHz, and there's an option to expand the memory to up to 64GB. As for the storage, there's one PCIe 4.0 slot that can hold up to a 4TB SSD. Acemagic will ship the mini PC with a 1TB SSD installed on both configurations (Silicon Power 2TB curr. $245.97 on Amazon).

While the Acemagic M5 is relatively compact, it has a good number of ports. Specifically, the port configuration of the system is as follows:

  • 4x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A
  • 2x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A
  • 1x DisplayPort 1.4b
  • 1x HDMI 2.0
  • 1x 1Gbps LAN
  • 1x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C

While this port configuration is decent, it would've been great to see the mini PC having a USB4 or OCuLink port. Without either of these two, the Acemagic M5 doesn't stand as an ideal choice for gaming, as the integrated GPU is pretty basic. However, it's well-equipped for productivity and office workloads.
