Honor may have announced the Magic3 Pro and Magic 3 Pro+ globally, but it is yet to begin selling the smartphones outside China. The company's announcement that the Magic4 series will appear at MWC 2022 this month has put an end to the idea that the Magic3 Pro or Magic3 Pro+ will launch in the US, Europe or beyond.

Honor has confirmed when it will reveal the Magic4 series, which has already leaked as the Magic4, Magic4 Pro and Magic4 Pro+. Purportedly, the Magic4 series will contain at least two SoCs, including the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The Magic4 Pro+ could also feature up to four 50 MP cameras, among other flagship components.

Honor has not revealed many details about the Magic4 series. However, it bills the series as containing flagship smartphones. Additionally, the company has shared a teaser image, embedded below. Evidently, Honor will focus on cameras when it showcases the Magic4 series, also a major feature of the Magic3 series. Honor's press release mentions the Honor 50 and the Magic V as well; only the former is currently available outside China.

Previously, Honor hinted that it would launch the Magic V at MWC 2022, too. The company's MWC 2022 event will commence at 13:00 CET (12:00) UTC on February 28. For one reason or another, Honor has decided against releasing the Magic3, Magic3 Pro or Magic3 Pro+ globally, which it unveiled last year in China.
