March 17, 2022 is shaping up to be quite the busy day...in the tech world, at the very least. Now, Honor has revealed that it is getting in on this action by launching its latest flagship smartphones in its native market of China.
This ambitious move on an already jam-packed day should thus introduce the Magic4 (now certified under its CMA-AN40 model number with China's MIIT authority) and Magic4 Pro (or VNE-AN00), unveiled earlier at the global MWC 2022 showcase, to this country - not to mention their prices for consumers located therein.
However, according to the latest rumors, that is not all: Honor also allegedly has an Ultimate Edition of the same line that may thus be exclusive to this audience. This putative new top-end Magic4 variant (possibly the LGE-AN20 also now registered with the MIIT) is still tipped to have a main rear camera with a 50MP resolution.
However, the sensor in question is also now said to be a newer piece of CMOS from Sony compared to that found in the 4 or 4 Pro.
This line of speculation is based on a new teaser hinting at a "super large" sensor, not to mention "more surprises beyond imagination" (as Google translates, at any rate). Then again, this hype could simply pertain to Magic4 specs as established thus far. Honor fans now have to wait less than 48 hours from now to see for themselves.
