Honor Magic4 Pro release date confirmed as Magic4 Lite 5G goes on sale while Magic4 4G quietly debuts
Honor has revealed when it will launch the Magic4 Pro globally, having unveiled the smartphone in February at MWC 2022. While already listed on the company's French and UK websites, neither show the device's release date. However, the company has since confirmed that it will host a dedicated Magic4 series event in London.
As the screenshot below shows, the event will commence at 19:00 BST, which appears to be in-person rather than online. Potentially, Honor will use the event to showcase the Magic4 Lite too, which it sells in other markets as the X9 5G and X30. Unfortunately, it remains to be seen whether Honor will offer the Magic4 Ultimate globally. Currently, neither its French nor UK websites mention the Magic4 Ultimate, despite its announcement in Barcelona at MWC 2022.
Incidentally, Honor has finally started selling the Magic4 Lite in Europe. Revealed last month, Honor has decided to sell the Magic4 Lite in two versions. On the one hand, Honor sells the Magic4 Lite 5G, which has a Snapdragon 695 SoC, a 120 Hz display, and is available for €319 in Midnight Black, Ocean Blue and Titanium Silver colourways. On the other hand, the company has also listed the Magic4 Lite 4G, which relies on the Snapdragon 680, a 90 Hz panel and different cameras. For one reason or another, Honor has not revealed how much the Magic4 Lite 4G will cost yet.
