The Ultimate Edition of Honor's flagship Magic4 smartphone has launched with 100W charging; now, this spec is expected to trickle a tier down already. The former Huawei subsidiary has created 3 new certifications on the 3C database that suggest this is the case.
Of these, 2 are for the same model number, FNE-AN00, suggesting that they are for 2 variants of the same 11V/6A- (or 66W-) charging smartphone. However, the third is for a power brick (HN-200500C03) compatible not only with this profile but with one for 20V/5A - or 100W.
This apparent evidence points to a number of possibilities, one of which is that the 60 series' successor will launch with an up-to-100W power brick in the box as a distinctive and headline-grabbing feature. Alternatively, there may be a third device capable of charging at either 66W and 100W: an Honor 70 Pro or Pro Plus, in other words.
Its putative series is currently tipped to launch with 6.67-inch FHD+ OLED displays and Dimensity processors across the board, with a top-end 9000 SoC for its flagship. Then again, none of this is certain at this point.
