Digital Chat Station has provided a few details about the Oppo Find X4 Pro, the presumed name of the Find X3 Pro's successor. Earlier this month, the renowned leaker stated that the Find X4 Pro would exceed its predecessor's 65 W charging limit, which other flagship smartphones have surpassed too.
Now, they have announced a set of specifications for Oppo's next flagship to their Weibo followers. Supposedly, the Find X4 Pro will feature a 6.7-inch display that has a 120 Hz refresh and a 2K native resolution. Presumably, the display will rely on AMOLED and LTPO backplane technologies as well. Utilising these technologies would allow the Find X4 Pro to vary its refresh rate while delivering excellent contrast and low black levels.
Moreover, Digital Chat Station asserts that the device will utilise an SM8540, the codename for the Snapdragon 8 Gen1, and 12 GB of RAM. Up to 80 W charging will also be on board, which should yield reduced charging times for the Find X4 Pro compared to the Find X3 Pro.
Additionally, the Find X4 Pro will have a 32 MP front-facing camera, possibly the Sony IMX709 that debuted today in the Reno7 Pro. Digital Chat Station adds that dual 50 MP cameras will serve the Find X4 Pro, along with a 12 MP or 13 MP telephoto camera that supports 2x zoom. Oppo is expected to reveal the Find X4 Pro in early 2022, possibly around the time that OnePlus launches the OnePlus 10 series.
