OPPO sets a date for its new flagship launch during its 2021 Inno Day event

OPPO has held an event it calls its Inno Day every year over the last few years, during which it unveils the latest results of its mobile device research and development. This year, the event will take place over 2 days (despite its name) in mid-December.

The first of those 2 days will see the Inno Day 2021 Keynote Speech, whereas the second will be dedicated to a "New Flagship Product Launch". The device in question might well be the rumored Find X3 Pro successor, to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The former event will kick off on 16:00 Chinese time (00:00 GMT) on December 14, 2021.

However, prior to this December 15, 2021 event, also set for 16:00 on the day, OPPO has now also indicated that it will release an additional "Innovative Product", during or after the keynote speech. By the sound of it, this just might be the long-awaited first-gen foldable phone from the brand. Then again, it may also be something like OPPO's also-rumored inaugural tablet instead.
