The Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) has published an intriguing filing made by Xiaomi. According to the EEC, Xiaomi has registered a new tablet, presumably because it is close to announcing it.
Unfortunately, the listing does not reveal the device's name, but it provides its model number. The model number in question is 21051182G, as @yabhishekhd and @xiaomiui spotted. Last month, XDA Developers revealed that Xiaomi was working on three new tablets codenamed 'nabu', 'enuma' and 'elish'. While the EEC has not detailed any specifications, XDA Developers believes that all three Mi Pad tablets should feature 16:10 displays and Snapdragon 8xx SoCs.
The model number's 'G' suffix denotes that it is a global model, too. Hence, it seems likely that Xiaomi will release the Mi Pad series globally, although it remains to be seen if all three devices will make it out of China. Apparently, Xiaomi plans to reveal the Mi Pad 5 series this summer; it has already submitted some models to the 3C, too.
