The Acer Nitro 5 is available to pre-order with up to an AMD Ryzen 7 5800H and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 for €1,799; Intel versions orderable too
When Acer announced the new Nitro 5 at CES 2021, the company stated that the 15.6-inch edition would be available in May 2021 and the 17.3-inch edition in April. Acer revealed some broad specifications for both models, but it did not offer a complete overview of the configurations that it would be selling this year. That remains the case now too, with the Acer website still only showing last year's models. However, some retailers in Germany are already allowing people to pre-order the 15.6-inch version of the Nitro 5 in multiple configurations.
Based on the multiple product listings, links to which you can find below, Acer will sell the Nitro 5 in the following configurations:

All these models have 1080p and 144 Hz displays. However, Acer should also offer AMD versions of the Nitro 5 with QHD/165 Hz and 1080p/360 Hz displays. The company should be releasing a Ryzen 9 5900HX version of the Nitro 5, too. Additionally, the prices above include VAT, so US prices will undoubtedly be lower than European ones.
Overall, it seems that the AMD versions of the Nitro 5 will be the ones to go for this year. Acer also announced Tiger Lake-H35 editions of the Nitro 5 at CES 2021, but we cannot find pre-order listings for these at the time of writing. Oddly, OTTO states that the new Nitro 5 will be available at the end of July, while Notebooksbilliger insists that it expects stock to arrive in spring 2021.
