Lenovo has updated the ThinkPad T16 to Intel Meteor Lake processors. Now called the 'ThinkPad T16 Gen 3', the 16-inch laptop will be available with Intel Core Ultra processors, including vPro options. Additionally, Lenovo will sell the ThinkPad T16 Gen 3 in various configurations up to 64 GB of DDR5 RAM (SO-DIMM), 2 TB of PCIe Gen 4 storage and an OLED display that outputs at 4K with VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification.
Moreover, the ThinkPad T16 Gen 3 finds itself with a webcam shutter and a Windows Hello IR camera, which sit in an area that protrudes slightly from the device's display lid. Furthermore, the laptop has a pair of stereo speakers, a webcam privacy shutter and a Nano Kensington lock slot. On top of that, Lenovo will offer the laptop with 52.5 Wh or 86 Wh batteries, 5G sub-6 (eSIM) and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity, plus the following ports, all within a 359.7 x 251.7 x 23.5 mm and 1.63 kg housing:

- 1x HDMI 2.1
- 1x Nano SIM
- 1x RJ45
- 2x Thunderbolt 4
- 2x USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A (5 Gbps)
While Lenovo has not confirmed full ThinkPad T16 Gen 3 specifications yet, it has outlined launch pricing in Europe and the US. Specifically, the laptop will be available in the former for approximately €1,370 and $1,219 in the latter, both excluding taxes. For some reason, Lenovo plans to bring the ThinkPad T16 Gen 3 to Europe in May but a month earlier to the US.
