One-netbook has introduced a new version of the ONEXPLAYER mini globally. The ONEXPLAYER mini with an AMD Ryzen 7 5800U starts at US$999 and is available with 512 GB, 1 TB or 2 TB of storage. All configurations come with a 1200p display and 16 GB of RAM.

Last month, it emerged that One-netbook had started selling a Ryzen 7 5800U configuration of the ONEXPLAYER mini in China, where it cost at least CNY 5,299 (~US$833). Now, the company has announced that it will launch Ryzen 7 5800U models globally, starting from today. For reference, the Ryzen 7 5800U relies on the Radeon RX Vega 8, a Vega Raven Ridge-based iGPU. In comparison, the newer Ryzen 7 6800U contains the Radeon 680M, which utilises the RDNA 2 architecture.

To recap, the ONEXPLAYER mini has a 7-inch IPS display that resolves at 1,920 x 1,200 pixels with a 323 PPI and a 60 Hz refresh rate. Also, the handheld has 16 GB of LPDDR4x-4266 RAM, a 12,600 mAh battery and Windows 11 pre-installed. Moreover, One-netbook has included a gyroscope, all the gamepad buttons that one would need and several for triggering Windows shortcuts.

The ONEXPLAYER mini with a Ryzen 7 5800U will be orderable globally from 09:00 PT (16:00 UTC), starting at US$999 with 512 GB of storage. Alternatively, the company will offer the device with 1 TB of storage for US$1,169 and a 2 TB option for US$1,369. Please note that these prices do not include shipping. Additionally, One-netbook hopes to begin shipping Ryzen 7 5800U pre-orders on April 20, after which the device's price will rise to US$1,259.
