ONEXPLAYER mini Pro: AMD Ryzen 7 6800U model announced from US$919 with up to 32 GB of RAM
One-netbook has confirmed ONEXPLAYER mini Pro pricing for the new AMD Ryzen 7 6800U model, a day after teasing the device on social media. Additionally, the company has outlined all key specifications, as well as a release date. As we discussed yesterday, the adoption of a Ryzen 7 6800U brings with it the Radeon 680M, an iGPU with 12 Compute Units (CUs) based on AMD's RDNA 2 architecture.
As Project-SBC shows in the video below, the ONEXPLAYER mini Pro in its Ryzen 7 6800U guise manages averages around 50 FPS in Spider-Man Remastered when set to a 15 W TDP. Conversely, the APU can get closer to a constant 60 FPS at 28 W, albeit at 800p. For reference, the machine has a 48 Wh battery with LPDDR5-6400 RAM and a PCIe 4.0 SSD too. Incidentally, One-netbook boasts that the Ryzen 7 6800U and Radeon 680M will push the ONEXPLAYER mini Pro above 60 FPS in popular triple-A titles like Cyberpunk 2077, Forza Horizon 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 as well.
Additionally, the machine will start at US$919 with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage, but only if you pre-order having placed a US$50 deposit. Moreover, One-netbook is offering 16 GB/1 TB, 16 GB/2 TB and 32 GB/2 TB configurations for US$1,019, US$1,170 and US$1,269, respectively. Alternatively, the new ONEXPLAYER mini Pro will retail for US$1,199 and will rise to US$1,299 for 1 TB or storage or US$1,450 if you need a 2 TB SSD. Furthermore, opting for 32 GB of RAM will set you back US$1,549. Officially, pre-orders commence on September 21 from 09:00 PDT (16:00 UTC). However, you can already pay a US$50 deposit ahead of that timescale on the ONEXPLAYER shop.
