One-netbook is looking to bring two more ONEXPLAYER devices to market. To date, the company has launched the eponymous model and the ONEXPLAYER 1S, with the latter only offering an upgraded Intel Tiger Lake processor. While neither is an ONEXPLAYER 2, they should provide a different focus to the ONEXPLAYER and ONEXPLAYER 1S.
Specifically, One-netbook has announced the ONEXPLAYER mini and an AMD version of the full-sized handheld. Based on a video published on Bilibili, the ONEXPLAYER mini has a 7-inch display, making it more comparable with the AYA NEO. It is unclear what resolution the ONEXPLAYER mini's display is; the AYA NEO has an 800p panel, half the resolution of the ONEXPLAYER's 1600p panel.
Unfortunately, One-netbook has not revealed on what processor the ONEXPLAYER mini relies. It is a similar story with the AMD version of the ONEXPLAYER, too. However, people on One-netbook's Discord channel suspect that the company has chosen the Ryzen 7 4800U, matching the AYA NEO 2021 PRO.
You can register to be an ONEXPLAYER AMD edition tester via a Google Form. It seems that ONEXPLAYER has already sought testers for the ONEXPLAYER mini, so we could see both within the next few months.
