One-netbook A1 Pro: Refreshed mini laptop launches for US$999 with a 7-inch display and Intel Tiger Lake processors
One-netbook may continue to promote the ONEXPLAYER mini on social media, which launched last week. However, the company has also released a new version of the A1 Pro, a machine that debuted in 2020. As Liliputing discussed in its first look of the device, One-netbook has made only minor revisions to the original A1 Pro.
Specifically, the newer model runs on Intel Tiger Lake processors, either the Core i5-1130G7 or the Core i7-1160G7. The switch from the Core m3-8100Y also introduces new GPU options, namely the Iris Xe Graphics G7 with 80 Execution Units (EUs) and 96 EUs, respectively. Also, the A1 Pro now comes with 8 GB or 16 GB of LPDDR4X RAM, Bluetooth 5.0 and Wi-Fi 6. Previously, the A1 Pro supported Bluetooth 4.2 and Wi-Fi 5.
Additionally, One-netbook has switched the USB Type-C port for the identical-looking USB 4 connection. The 7-inch and 1200p display of the original model remains though, as does the 6,000 mAh battery and built-in fingerprint reader. The machine still weighs 550 g and measures 173 x 136 x 19 mm, too.
Currently, the A1 Pro (2021) starts at US$999 on AliExpress with a Core i5-1130G7 processor, 8 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage. One-netbook also sells the device with a stylus, a carry bag or both. For some reason, Core i7-1160G7 editions are unavailable at the time of writing.
