Google's Magic Eraser camera trickery works outside of the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro
Google has brought a lot to the table with the Pixel 6 series, including Magic Eraser. First teased a few years ago, Magic Eraser allows you to delete objects or people from an image, several decades after Nikolai Yezhov's removal from a photo with Joeseph Stalin. While Magic Eraser was thought to be a Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro-exclusive feature, people have discovered otherwise.
As Mishaal Rahman explains below, Google Photos 5.64 brings Magic Eraser to other smartphones, including older Pixel ones. Seemingly, Google is yet to whitelist Magic Eraser support for only the Pixel 6 series, which we imagine it will do at some stage. In the meantime, the Google Photos 5.64 APK has been uploaded to APKMirror, should you wish to try it yourself.
So far, we have seen Magic Eraser working on a Pixel 3 XL and Pixel 4a, albeit image quality appears to vary between devices. Presumably, the machine-learning elements in the Google Tensor SoC help in this regard for the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro. Currently, it is unknown which devices play nicely with Magic Eraser. However, your device must be running Android 5.0 or later, although Android 12 is recommended. We should also stress that Google has not distributed the APK, so you should only install it if you are comfortable using APKMirror.
As multiple users on the GoogleNews Telegram group have pointed out, it seems that Magic Eraser now works in Google Photos 5.24 on non-Pixel 6 devices w/ Pixel 6 props.

YMMV as to its quality. I only tried with one photo, but others are getting better results with their own. pic.twitter.com/RYyqwVaROx
Here's a better example from someone who has a Pixel 4a: https://t.co/xpHm1xfGhf
