OnePlus Pad 3 Pro surfaces with flagship-wielding performance and 12 GB RAM

Hardly any time has passed since OnePlus teased its next tablet release. Shared on the company's Indian X account, the post did not reveal the tablet's retail name or when it would be available. Instead, it merely claimed something packing 'exceptional power' was 'coming soon'.
Nonetheless, what appears to be OnePlus' new tablet has now appeared on Geekbench. Embedded below, a single-core score of 3,467 is on the lower end of what we have come to expect from the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. In fact, this early score sees the rumoured Pad 3 Pro trail the smaller OnePlus 15. Likewise, the tablet's multi-core score of 10,395 would put it second bottom in our Geekbench 6 multi-core leaderboard.
Additionally, Geekbench confirms that OnePlus will launch the Pad 3 Pro with 12 GB of RAM running Android 16. If the OnePlus Pad 3 is anything to go by (curr. $697 on Amazon), the Pad 3 Pro should be available with 16 GB of RAM too. Ultimately, the OnePlus Pad 3 Pro could be a re-branded Oppo Pad 5 Pro for the Indian market. OnePlus has not revealed whether it has international release plans for the Pad 3 Pro yet.
