New OnePlus smartphone with Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 emerges on Geekbench

The OnePlus Nord 6 was released earlier this month in India. It features a 165Hz display, a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 chipset, and a large 7,500mAh battery. Now, a new OnePlus smartphone with model number "CPH2805" has surfaced on Geekbench.
According to Abhishek Yadav on X, the model number "CPH2805" belongs to the OnePlus Nord CE 6. It is expected to be positioned as a more affordable option than the standard Nord 6. The Geekbench listing reveals that it is powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4, a mid-range Qualcomm chipset used in smartphones, including the Poco M8 Pro 5G (curr. $419 on Amazon).
The listing reveals that the device features 8GB of RAM and runs Android 16. It scores 1,101 in single-core and 3,117 in multi-core CPU tests. For comparison, the Nord CE 5 with the Dimensity 8350 Apex chipset performed better in our testing, scoring 1,325 in single-core and 4,201 in multi-core tests.
A previous leak suggested that the OnePlus Nord CE 6 and Nord CE 6 Lite will launch in May. The Nord CE 6 is expected to be based on the OnePlus Turbo 6V, which launched in China earlier with a 6.78-inch 144Hz display, a 9,000mAh battery, and a 50MP rear camera.
