OnePlus officially reveals two new phones for affordable segment

OnePlus is set to launch the gaming-focused Ace 6 Ultra on April 28 in China. Additionally, the brand has revealed that it will launch two new smartphones in India: the Nord CE6 and the Nord CE6 Lite.
Highlights of the OnePlus Nord CE6
The Nord CE6 features a square-shaped camera housing, similar to the standard Nord 6. The Nord CE6 is confirmed to feature an AMOLED panel with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. It will support up to 1,800 nits of peak brightness and 3,840Hz PWM dimming.
The device will be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor and an in-house Touch Reflex Chip. Recently, the device surfaced on Geekbench, revealing its CPU performance.
The device will pack a large 8,000mAh battery with 27W reverse wired charging support. For comparison, the flagship OnePlus 15 (curr. $899 on Amazon) sports a 7,300mAh battery. Notably, the OnePlus Nord CE6 carries IP66, IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance.
Highlights of the OnePlus Nord CE6 Lite
The Nord CE6 Lite will be a more affordable option than the Nord CE6. It is confirmed to feature a 144Hz display and a MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Apex chipset. The company revealed that the device scores more than 1.03 million points on AnTuTu. The Nord CE6 Lite will pack a 7,000mAh battery.
The OnePlus Nord CE6 and the Nord CE6 Lite are set to launch on May 7 in India. There are no confirmed price details for the phones. For reference, the previous-generation OnePlus Nord CE5 launched in India starting at INR 24,999 (roughly $268).
