Vivo T5 Pro launches with 9,020 mAh battery and 5,000 nits OLED display

While slightly older mid-range smartphones are usually equipped with batteries with a capacity of around 5,000 mAh, Vivo is continuing the trend of recent months towards ever larger batteries and has installed a gigantic 9,020 mAh battery in the Vivo T5 Pro.
Despite the giant battery, the mid-range smartphone is barely thicker and heavier than most conventional smartphones, with a thickness of 8.25 millimeters and a weight of 213 grams. The battery is said to enable a runtime of 12 hours of gaming or 37 hours of video playback, and a charge from 1 to 50 percent takes 37 minutes with a 90 watt USB-C charger. The rest of the features are also impressive, as Vivo has installed a fast Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4.
The 6.83-inch display is based on an AMOLED panel with a resolution of 2,800 x 1,260 pixels, a frame rate of 144 Hz and a peak HDR brightness of 5,000 nits. The mid-range smartphone offers a 32 MP selfie camera, a 50 MP main camera and a 2 MP sensor. The body is IP69-certified and therefore water-resistant. A fingerprint sensor integrated into the display, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2 and GPS complete the package.
