Huawei Pura 90 Pro Max shows off its 200 MP camera and 20x zoom in videos

The successor to the Huawei Pura 80 Pro was recently shown in high-resolution images. Now Huawei has published three teaser videos on the Chinese social network Weibo showing the flagship smartphone in action.
The first video advertises the 200 megapixel periscope telephoto camera - an upgrade from the 48 MP f/2.1 telephoto camera of the previous model. The video shows the 20x video zoom, which according to Huawei should still deliver usable results. As usual, the sample recording in the teaser video should be viewed with caution, as it cannot be independently verified that it is actually a clip recorded with the Huawei Pura 90 Pro Max.
The second teaser video demonstrates an AI feature designed to help users choose a cool pose for a selfie or portrait. When this feature is activated, the camera app shows several recommendations for interesting poses, which are displayed as a white outline on the screen and thus serve as a guide for taking the pose. This is intended to create more varied photos.
The third video contains a series of sample photos, which, however, show a somewhat low color saturation. The Huawei Pura 90 Pro and the Huawei Pura 90 Pro Max will be officially unveiled on Monday, April 20. Rumors suggest that both smartphones will have a 7,000 mAh battery with 100 watt fast charging, 120 Hz fast LTPO AMOLED displays and a main camera with 1 inch sensor.
