OnePlus teases new tablet with "exceptional power"

OnePlus has started teasing a new tablet, giving fans their first glimpse of what’s coming next. The teaser was shared on the company’s official OnePlus India account on X, showing the rear side of an upcoming device. While the name hasn’t been confirmed yet, there’s a strong chance this could be the rumored powerful version of the OnePlus Pad 3: the Pad 3 Pro.

The teaser image comes with the tagline “Exceptional Power, Coming Soon,” which hints that this will be a high-performance device and not an entry-level tablet. 

Looking at the image, the back shows a single rear camera along with an LED flash, placed inside a small module. The OnePlus logo sits in the center, and apart from that, there aren’t many visible details. 

Interestingly, a leak from last month claimed that OnePlus is working on two new Android tablets, with one of them expected to be the Pad 3 Pro. According to that leak, the device could feature a 13.2-inch display, matching the size of the standard Pad 3.

In terms of performance, the tablet is said to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of storage. Battery details are still unclear, but the leak mentioned a “massive battery.” For now, OnePlus hasn’t shared any official specs or launch date. But with the teaser already out, we can expect more details to arrive soon.
