The Hystou F9 has brought back Intel Kaby Lake-G processors. The mini-PC is available in numerous configurations and can drive four external monitors across using DisplayPort and HDMI.

The Kaby Lake-G architecture has returned, with Hystou utilising the AMD and Intel processors in a mini-PC. The F9 is available with four processors, more options than Intel provided for Hades Canyon NUC machines.

Specifically, the Hystou F9 is available with a Core i5-8305G, Core i7-8705G, Core i7-8709G and a Core i7-8809G, all quad-core processors. However, the Core i5-8305G and Core i7-8705G have 65 W TDPs, compared to the 100 W TDPs that the Core i7-8709G and Core i7-8809G have.

Additionally, the Core i5-8305G and Core i7-8705G also have Radeon RX Vega M GL GPUs, rather than the Radeon RX Vega M GH GPUs in the other two processors. While the Kaby Lake-G architecture is rather old at this point, the Radeon RX Vega M GH is roughly on par with the performance of an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Max-Q.

The Hystou F9 supports up to 64 GB of RAM, two M.2 SSDs and a 2.5-inch drive. The machine has numerous ports too and can drive up to four monitors. The Hystou F9 is available to order directly, or on AliExpress where it is significantly cheaper.
