AYN Odin2 Mini: Earlier than expected release date official with launch discounts confirmed

AYN Technologies has been teasing the Odin2 Mini throughout this week. Having initially drip-fed information about the Odin2 (curr. $449.99 on Amazon) follow-up, it then decided to confirm launch pricing and specifications. Now, it has revealed that the device will actually be a fair bit cheaper for initial pre-orders.

As the image below implies, AYN Technologies will offer the Odin2 Mini for $309 for the first 200 orders. Following the expiration of this coupon, the company will then reduce this discount from $30 to $15 for the next 300 orders, which equates to $304. Finally, AYN Technologies will sell all Odin2 Mini SKUs at a $10 discount until June 21.

The Odin2 Mini will be orderable from 01:30 UTC on May 21. At launch, AYN Technologies will sell the gaming handheld in 'Base' and 'Pro' configurations, which feature 8 GB RAM/128 GB of storage and 12 GB of RAM/256 GB of storage, respectively. Additionally, it appears that both variants will be available in black and white colour options with otherwise identical specifications like a 5-inch Mini LED display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset.
