Ayn Odin 2 Portal: Handheld console listed on Indiegogo with 7-inch OLED screen
Handheld maker Ayn Technologies has listed a new Indiegogo campaign for its upcoming handheld console. It is called the Ayn Odin 2 Portal, and it brings some notable upgrades over the Ayn Odin 2. For starters it comes with a 7-inch 1080p 120 Hz screen (vs. 6-inches). Design-wise, both consoles appear to be similar, complete with the same face button layout, joystick and D-pad positions
Other notable Ayn Odin 2 Portal specs include a near-two-generation-old Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, likely to keep prices in check. Besides, it offers more than enough firepower to play retro games, which the console is primarily designed for. Lastly, the handheld also comes with Hall-effect joysticks, customizable buttons at the back and a USB-C port.
Ayn has revealed very little about the Odin 2 Portal so far. More details should surface once the campaign goes live. If this piques your interest, sign up with your email on the Ayn Odin 2 Portal's Indiegogo page for early bird offers and price details.
