Miyoo Mini Flip shown again in first hands-on video
A new video showing Miyoo's long-awaited clamshell gaming handheld has now been published online following the reveal of the same device in four colours last week. For context, Miyoo has been teasing the development of the Mini Flip since March.
In comparison, Anbernic unveiled the RG35XX SP (curr. $76.99 on Amazon), released it and then refreshed it with new colour options within the same period. Incidentally, Anbernic has the RG CubeXX and RG P01 wireless controller in the works for a possible late October release. Unfortunately, it remains to be seen when Miyoo will actually start selling the Mini Flip.
In the meantime, it has actually shown its RG35XX SP alternative in use. Based on the video embedded below, the Mini Flip will run Emulation Station out of the box, albeit sandboxed within its OS. Moreover, the device will come pre-installed with countless ROMs from various classic systems up to the PlayStation Portable. Although in-game performance has not been shown yet, the device's expected Rockchip RK3566 chipset should be powerful enough for sixth-generation home console emulation.
I want to show you a little video of the miyoo mini flip, we are already in the final preparations to be able to launch it.
