Xiaomi Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G rears its head on the way to global release with up to 12 GB of RAM and 512 GB storage
Xiaomi has only released the Redmi Note 14 series in China so far. However, that appears set to change soon and perhaps earlier than previous rumours suggested. For context, the Redmi Note 14 series currently consists of the Redmi Note 14, Redmi Note 14 Pro and Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus.
With that being said, the Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G has now been spotted alongside a 4G counterpart on the Federal Communication Commission's (FCC) public database. Please note that the FCC refers to the device by its model number, 24090RA29G, not its retail name. Nonetheless, that model number has been linked previously to the retail name Redmi Note 14 Pro 5G.
The global version is rumoured to differ from its Chinese counterpart in a key area, though. As we have discussed previously, Xiaomi is expected to equip the former with different camera hardware than the latter to keep it in line with the existing Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G (curr. $276 on Amazon). While a global release for Redmi Note 14 5G smartphones remains unknown for now, the trio are likely to launch in India first before reaching other markets.
