Realme P1 Speed announced in India with a 120Hz OLED display, MediaTek chip, and fast charging
Earlier this year, Realme announced a new line of smartphones called the P Series. It started with the Realme P1 and Realme P1 Pro launched in April, and has now been followed by a third model dubbed the Realme P1 Speed.
The Realme P1 Speed sticks to the same design language as its siblings. It has a flat OLED display and a large circlular camera island on the back. The display is a 6.67-inch panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 2000 nits of peak brightness. It also has a centered punch hole for a 16MP camera.

Powering the phone is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Energy. Realme has paired it with 8GB or 12GB of RAM and allows users to set up to 14GB of the phone's storage for dynamic RAM. The 8GB RAM version has 128GB of storage while you get 256GB of storage with the 12GB RAM variant. Both storage options are UFS 3.1.
The Realme P1 Speed has got a handful of features that make it great for gaming. The display is reportedly certified lag-free. It can also maintain a frame-rate of 90 FPS even when the battery is low. The phone has a 6,050mm2 stainless steel vapor chamber for cooling and there's Realme's signature GT Mode that brings gaming optimizations.
The back of the phone is home to a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP portrait camera. There is a 5000mAh battery under the hood with support for 45W fast wired charging (charger included). The Realme P1 Speed also has stereo speakers, an audio jack, dual SIM support, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, but no NFC. The phone has an IP65 dust and water resistance rating and is available to buy in Textured Titanium and Brushed Blue.
The Realme P1 Speed runs realme UI 5.0 based on Android 14 and comes with a handful of AI features. Price starts at ₹17,999 (~$214/€196) for the 128GB version and goes up to ₹20,999 (~$250/€229) for the 12+256GB version. However, Realme will offer buyers a flat discount of ₹2,000 (~$24) on both variants when it becomes available to buy on October 20.
