OnePlus 10 Pro and OnePlus Nord 2 CE release dates posed a month apart from each other
Last week, OnePlus unveiled the OnePlus 10 Pro, its latest flagship. However, OnePlus has confined the device's release to China, its home market. The OnePlus 10 Pro is also the only model in the OnePlus 10 series, with the company electing against releasing a non-Pro model for the time being.
According to 91mobiles and @heyitsyogesh, OnePlus is internally testing the OnePlus 10 Pro in Europe and India. By contrast, the website asserts that OnePlus has finished testing the Nord 2 CE, another mid-range smartphone that leaked in December. To recap, OnePlus is expected to launch the Nord 2 CE in India with a Dimensity 900 SoC, a 6.4-inch display and up to 12 GB of RAM.
Supposedly, the Nord 2 CE will arrive first, with a February announcement touted by 91mobiles. In comparison, the OnePlus 10 Pro will make its way to market globally a month later, matching the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 9 series' release dates. It is worth stressing that neither 91mobiles nor @heyitsyogesh has provided evidence demonstrating these release windows.
In November, Max Jambor claimed that the OnePlus 10 Pro would arrive two months after its appearance in China. Since the OnePlus 10 Pro arrived this month in China, it would follow that the device would make its way outside OnePlus' home market in March.
